What is your minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Most wholesale lines start at 50 pieces per SKU. Mixed-SKU containers and lower MOQs are possible for repeat customers — share your sourcing brief and we will quote against your actual program.
How long are lead times from quote to delivery?
Sampling typically takes two to three weeks. Production bands are four to eight weeks depending on volume and finish complexity. Sea freight to most ports adds three to six weeks. We confirm a written timeline at quote stage.
How do you substantiate sustainability claims?
We provide written material declarations covering recycled-content percentages, by-product sourcing, and reclaimed-wood provenance where applicable. We will not put a claim on a product we cannot defend in writing.
Do you support private label and OEM programs?
Yes. Private-label and OEM programs are supported once the product specification, finish reference, and packaging brief are approved in writing. Sample fees apply and are creditable against the first production run.
